18/7 Ryan: Hey Vicki, I pitched on it Monday but haven’t heard back yet. 


Steven: Yes we appraised two days ago- she suggested she already decided on her preferred agent but was open to a second opinion? 

I?ve tried to sharpen the deal with lower commission as well as some free marketing but yet to hear back. She indicated the property price of around $1.3m which we worked with (albeit a bit of a premium) and therefore didn?t suggest a different range as she was quite firm on it
