28/8/25 Decision email sent to vendor for update
16/7/25- I attended home yesterday and met owner’s daughter Rhia along with her parents . Lovley people , it is early days at this stage on where they may relocate too . Appointment seemed to be very positive & I am confident when they are ready we can help them .I’ll keep you posted and thanks again for referral . Cheers Mark Climo
