17/7 Russell: Patricia is very close to making a decision, I just spoke to her 1 hour ago. She had virtually made the call to list the property with us, but wanted to give a courtesy call to the other agents.I’m not confident as the other agents in the area are quite aggressive with their approach. Will know her decision tomorrow.
