5/9/25 - Hi Kiley, We have a contract on the property off portals. We are still waiting for Andrew’s family members to leave the premises. We managed to find a buyer to purchase in an “as is” condition though. The contract was dated yesterday, 4th of September. It has 14 days finance with a 90-day settlement. I will let you know when the property goes unconditional. Cheers Chris
