22/07/19: Sent email to vendor re updated sales, no response
09/01/19: Spoke to Pawan (vendor), still has not moved in - asked fro CB early July 2019
05/07/18: Spoke to vendor who mentioned that the agents have advised him to hold off with selling for about 6 months due to the loss he will receive of around $20k. Completion of the property is Sep/Oct, the vendor will live in the property for 3 months and then look to sell late Jan.
