Brooke: yes I met with Katrina all went very well. She is going to spend a few weeks getting the property ready for sale before selecting her agent

Peter: This lead came through while I was on annual leave and was passed onto my business partner Mark Nunn to during that time to action. I’ll follow up with Mark on Monday to see where it is at and see if we can still secure the listing if selling. Have a lovely weekend.

18/07/2025 - Katrina: Yes. I have 3 agents which responded one has already been to my property. He is a young guy with 9 years experience seemed a little casual he spent only 23 minutes all up i felt he was in a hurry . Did provide some good advice and was positive and friendly.
