Geoffrey is looking to sell him 3 bedroom townhouse to downsize
He has been looking at Realestate.com and happy with the estimated pricing of around 615k, said he would be happy to sell at that but does realise it may not be accurate so wishes to speak to an agent
If he can get the price he is happy to go ASAP but settlement around school holidays (he drives school bus)
Had an agent through a while ago who recommended some updates including landscaping and new carpet, if still the recommendation he will need to contact bank re a loan
