28/08/2025 - I have been attempting to follow up with Tomoe who has not answered my messages for the past two days. Just checking that everything is ok. I have sent her a management agreement which she has not signed. I inspected the apartment and she discussed with me cleaning etc.I have a Doctor and wife who would be interested in leasing if she signs across. Can you follow this up with her and see what the issue is.

18/08/2025 - 13/08/2025 - Andreas: I've just prepared a management agreement for Tomoe to consider. Had a good inspection of her apartment and also several phone and emails back and forth and will wait to hear. I've discussed rent with her. Will let you know if she signs and proceeds with me. 4/08/2025 - Andreas: I managed to get hold of her Thursday night and we chatted. I'm following up today again to see if I can arrange a viewing of her place
