Comment: trying to get the paperwork back to Ash Daga so he can help him speaking to developer so that they can agree to a nominee sale.
Ash said he paid too much cant settle and lots of money at stake he is lucky in a good spot and has sent him a proposal to see what he can do.Sent an agreement for client to sign to proceed with marketing their land 11/8
Prince: He said the client paid 70k too much the blocks are going for 340-345 in this estate at the moment. Suggests he gets two private valuations and then go to the developer and try to get a rebate as he paid too much or ask for a replacement block lower value with extended settlement
