Ruth - Ruth is unable to action anything at the moment as it is a marital split and going through the courts
Comment: spoken to nathan got appraisal - spoke to someone connected to kim no appraisal back yet
Nathan - I have visited and appraised the property, the vendor does need to speak to her ex husband via her solicitor so did say it may take a while before we have an answer.
