6/11/25 RICK:  No, I have supplied owner's son with appraisal but nothing back. I also know the managing agency is no longer operating so not sure who managers the property now.


13/8/25- Rick has not been able to get access has emailed the agency etc, will email the client today and will recommend they give notice to the tenant to vacate 8 weeks and sell it then.

7/8/25 Rick: Spoken to Michael I have contacted the letting agent so I can gain access to provide the market appraisal.

Mark called to say the son is as problematic as the father , not really interested Mark has tried to call the tenants countless times, sent message etc to go thru the property., his advice to the son and father is to give notice to vacate to tenants and then put property on market and can have it done before Xmas.
