Jayson - I thought it went well at the appointment and felt I was a good match for the property and the client though she has been hard to get a hold of since… the agents she had been also chatting with don’t do much work but one had quoted a very cheap rate ie 1%.
I’ll keep following her up, if you hear anything let me know.
