ANDREAS - He changed his mind after I obtained some maintenance quotes for him and after finding a tenant. You could ring and check with him.




ANDREAS - I haven’t a signed management agreement as yet but have assisted in some maintenance items that were needed to be fixed before a tenancy can commence.

I expect that he will sign this in due course, I will let you know as soon as he does.

$700 per week would be the rental amount.



SANJEEV - I had a meeting with Andreas today.

I liked him and will discuss to take a final decision by tomorrow evening.

Don't chase up with others till we make a final decision, which probably will be in favour of going forward with Andreas.
