5/10/2025 - Mark: Just thought I would give you a quick update on the sale of our Bendigo property. You will recall that we chose Belle as our agent from the group you recommended to us.

After choosing them, our plan was to spend a few weeks making some minor changes to the property and then listing it online late Friday 19 September with the first open the following day. 13 groups thru on the day and the over the course of the next week, 4 return visits.

We didn’t open the next Saturday as it was the AFL grand final, preceded by a public holiday on the Friday. On Monday the 29th we received an offer that evening and 20 minutes later, the property sold.

Belle (Mark Keck and Tim Noonan) have been terrific and certainly exceeded our expectations. Excluding Sundays and public holidays, they sold the property in a very impressive 6 days.
