BREE DEC 25 - Hi Natalie, still some issues with the paperwork from Natalie as the property isn't just in her name.



Yes I’ve heard from the 2 women . The man is OS and his assistant called to schedule a Friday time .

I must say that I would have probably made my choice by then .

GERALDINE (LUTON) - I visited the property last Friday evening (currently rented to an Embassy).

I’ve spoken at length to the owner, Natalie. Natalie said to leave with her for the time being, however, I have even suggested that we may be able to assist the Embassy with another rental to entice them out! I’ll keep you posted.

A further update. I’ve been working with both the owner and her Property Manager. I’m inspecting the property next Friday, August 29th. I’ll keep you posted.

I’ve also Express Posted “lots” of relevant information to the owner and had several chats with her!
