Shreyas has confirmed he is happy to proceed with our services, however he is finalising a few defects and sorting a few things with the builder prior to settlement. Once this is finalised he will sign an authority.



Bridgid - AUG 25 - I just spoke with Shreyas, settlement has been put on hold due to builders not fixing defects (still waiting for them to confirm when these will be fixed) and issues with the bank valuation. 

Now looking for settlement in 4-5 weeks but still not confirmed. 

Shreyas does not want to sign an authority until the above is sorted but he is going to keep me in the loop.

I will let you know once we get the ball rolling!

 I’ve spoken with Shreyas again today he’s going to call me back this evening once he’s in front of his computer. I’ll keep you posted! 🤞🏻😊
