23/8- Mark: I probably won't be able to help sell the property until the New Year.
"I called her to chat. She got the property after a separation it was tenanted at the time she took it over and she said Tenants still have a contract till Jan 2026 I explained she can’t sell the property until the end of the lease and even then she needs to give eight weeks notice before the property will be vacated will ctc her in December
