Bijay; Owner replied saying he leased with same agent that he purchased from
Bijay: 03/09/2025 -BB LL told me the property still hasn't settled and should be settled by end of month so should contact him then but he did see the CMA and pay structure and said he was happy about it. 27/08/2025-BB Appraisal done and sent to the owner hoping to follow up by the end of the week. 21/08/2025-BB Called LL asked him if he had done any major renovations to which he did reply no he has not its just the way it is since he bought it. He although asked me if i could do an CMA for his property and also let him know of our pay structures for him to compare as of now.
