This Client is not the legal owner agnets cant engage further

3/9/25 - AS 2 to agents for an update Thank you for following up on the referral. I have reached out to Sandra Trask the relative of the owner not on title. Some recent sales information was provided as requested via email. I did make initial contact with Sandra however she was unavailable to speak at that time, and has not returned my further calls. As she is not the legal owner, we are unable to engage any further with Sandra regarding any further plans for this property.





The legal owner of the property has called our Principal, Christie Smith directly for an in-person appraisal of the property and has meet with her to discuss any property requirements she has.




In this instance, a referral fee will not be payable, if required we can provide the request from the owner to engage with our office. Please let me know if you need any details emailed through.
