Stewart -SEPT 25 - STEWART APPRAISED HE THINKS $950K - HUSBAND HAD DIED 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO HIS MEETING SO STILL VERY RAW. THEY HAVE A LOT OF THINGS HE COLLECTED TO GET RID OF SO WILL TAKE 3-6 MTHS TO CLEAR OUT THEN WILL LOOK TO SELL. MODEST HOUSE, GOOD BLOCK, GREAT COLOURBOND SHED. STEWART WILL LOOK AFTER THEM
