7/10/25- LAF Clash Peter Robinson: In this instance, it appears that WREA provided your agency with the vendor’s property details on 2/9/2025, and LAF subsequently provided the same details on 6/10/2025. Under our commercial agreement, LocalAgentFinder is entitled to the service fee on this occasion should your agency be successful in selling the property.
