11/9/25 Chris Pennisi: Spoken to Mike about his objectives. He will auction it in November. We’re working with buyers in the meantime. Won’t engage unless it’s on an Open Agency. I’ve politely declined but will keep in touch.
28/8/25- Chris Pennisi: Spoke to Mike, he’s looking to sell in November when further interest rate cuts happen. He’s open to discussing buyers now. He isn’t ready to appoint an agent but should have a contract of sale soon. I’ll keep in touch with him.
