5/3/26 Withdrawn from sale, Gary Cooley: update Remote piece of land was hard to get to the road in crosses over private land and state govt reserve the access killed eat each time. $300k Client said she wants to try to upgrade the road but her brother who is part owner is not motivated to sell and my not contribute so they may keep it.
