This property has now settled. Settled at $710,000.


Selling fee 2.7% or total commission $19,170 inc of gst.

There is an advertising component of $500 inc gst within that commission.

We have also paid $900 inc gst for maintenance and CT to assist the sale.

Internally, any costs are deducted from gross commission to create total/payout commissions for sales reps i.e. the $1400 would come of the commission fee leaving $17,770 has total commission.

We would see 20% referral fee @ $17,770 = $3,554 inc of gst. (This is approx. 2.5% listing fee and 20% referral)

Can you please advise if this is in line with you referral fee guidelines? If so can you please provide invoice for payment of referral fee?
