9/10/2025 - Tegan: Just signed a contract today. 3 weeks finance & then settlement set for December 10th. Will keep you posted. Thank you very much again :)

Grant: Tegan and Ron have both been in touch and are impressive. They have both sold apartments in the same building, Ron has already provided a report and Tegan will get one to me next week. I have two agents who I contacted directly via the agents. They have been less proactive but I expect they will provide an appraisal in due course. So 4 appraisals are a good number. 

Ron: I have contacted Grant and am emailing him information.
