VICTOR - At this stage no decision has been made as we are still waiting for the solicitors to provide us with probate update.

All 3 agents did come and provide an appraisal, only one was impressive from Barry Plant - Adrian.

One agent turned up late and failed to at least provide a courtesy call he was instructed that his services were not required.

Another agent provided the appraisal with previous owners details in their documents.

That's an update from me.
