Carter a little bit quicker getting back, and new a lot more about the area and the house - better sales pitch, better appraisal,
Suburbia didn't know as much initially, don't sell much in Taylor, felt like she had to do more work, had to supply floor plan etc where Carter and co found it themselves and could provide everything needed to get the property ready for sale.
