GIVING THE AGENT HE SOLD FROM A CHANCE TO SELL FIRST



CHARLES - Yes the agents have been in touch by phone and e-mail and delivered their assessments


EILES - Spoke to Charles he is giving the agent he brought the property from a chance to sell it as they have a buyer at $945,000 - I told him that was under market value but he said he owed him the loyalty to give him a go.




Spoke to Charles ont he 4/09 and sent over the appraisal. Followed up again today 11/09

Sarah -Spoke to Charles, he does not want an in personal appraisal . We are sending desktop appraisals out to him on friday 5th september
