JULIE - Brett called on Friday evening had a nice chat and he sent email with summary.
Haven't heard from others think I had missed call from Nicole but no voicemail
NICOLE - I did finally reach Julie. I have sent a proposal off to her. Tenanted so no physical inspection
Brett - Hi Natalie, I had a long chat with one of the owners and she needed to talk to her brother who's the other owner as he's not aware she wants to sell. I sent them through all the information in regards to either Selling with or without the tenant and I'm waiting for them to get back to me.
