04/02/2019 From Greg Mayorkinos Comment: Spoke vendor who advised that he is not selling the property. He split with partner and its her control now - advised him that we can help her when she is ready to sell - hibernated - GM 4.2
Spoke to vendor who mentioned he is not buying or selling at this stage. I noted I would follow up in the new year.
09/07/2018 From Larissa Miatov Spoke to vendor who mentioned all agents have been in contact. He is not looking to sell for some time, so I noted I would call back in a couple of months time.
