13/12/2025 - William: I assumed you’d been speaking with Nellie anyway? Her son was not able to get a job in QLD so she has decided to stay put for a bit. Let me know if anything changes in the future,

17/09/2025 - William: As discussed we have spoke with Nellie and she will be in discussions with her family and should have a better idea about selling in 2 weeks. Fingers crossed it all goes well and we can get her on the market for a Spring campaign. I’ll keep you posted

16/09/2025 - William: Appraisal in, 2-3 weeks to decision. Appraised, will FU at end of September. Thinks she will probably sell.
