Carmel is looking to sell her owner occupied property. It was listed in March with EXP, didn't sell so withdrew looking to go back to market in Spring. Because of when she withdrew, Fiona from EXP says she still has a few weeks left on the exclusive agreement, so won't be able to go to market with new agent until late September.
