We have sold the above mentioned property this week and the sale is now unconditional

When we signed up the listing we signed it at 1.65% incl GST

When we sold the property I asked the vendors if they were aware of the 20% referral fee that goes to WRE. They were surprised to hear the fee was payable. In his words, “I told that lady we weren’t interested”.

As part of the meeting we negotiated the fee to a higher percentage.

My question to you, do we send you the original authority that was signed after we got the listing at 1.65% or do we send you the later authority that was signed after they discovered WRE was invoicing Woodards?
