Leanne - SEPT 25 -This one is making good progress. I viewed it on Friday night and have just had a good conversation with Susan. I hope to hear back from her later today. 

 Susan has called me back. Just waiting on the tenants contact details to orgnise a time to view. 


 No luck since leaving her a msg last week. I've got a reminder call scheduled for tomorrow.

ADAM - Spoke with Susan late yesterday arvo. Will keep you closely posted, may be longer play and selling when tenant is out early January.
