DEC25 - We are not selling now as we are letting it out for short term accommodation 👍🏾


Jan has told Roslyn that she has a new NDIS provider based in Broken hill that has until Nov (while they are away in Italy) to find someone to rent out her home otherwise she will go back to Roslyn to sell.


Jan - spoken to lees & clinton


Lees - She have 3 agent come through while I was there which makes it awkward with trying to close business for all agents actually.

I left a message with her today and spoke with her again Friday evening.Spoken to Jan. Meeting her next Friday 10.30 at the property


ROslyn - DEC25 - Yes they thought that would be the way forward, as they had built as investment, will be hard one to sell, as purposely built purely to house, under the NDIS scheme!
