15/09/2025 - Chris: This lead is a tricky one with the potential vendor being a little difficult to get any information out of her apart from her address. As per our conversation she wants me to email a proposal with all our costs then she will decide if she wants to meet up with me . She asked me which agent I was from I told and she said she has never heard of us ! Bizzare we’ve been in the area for 25 years .
