23/02/2026 - Mick: GB spoke with owners mother who had arranged contact fro WRE. Mother advised that son was working through family issues and had no need for any contact. GB left card and marketing brochures in letterbox. Property currently being marketed by REMAX ROBINA and has been on market aprox 30 days. GB to monitor progress.

17/10/2025 - Janene (Gary Byrnes) : Contact by phone made with Pat (mother of potential seller) September 17, 2025. Phone communication further made September 18 and October 2, 2025.  I conducted a drive by inspection of subject property 18 September 2025. Pat requested I not contact her son as initial reports indicated a separation with son/wife however they were working on a reconciliation. My last communication with Pat, 2 October 2025 indicated potential seller was in no need of assistance at this stage. Apparently Pat instigated assistance from referral company without the knowledge of son and requested I not contact him. Realestate.com and RP Data show no activity to date for the property. GB will continue with follow up with Pat.
