2/10/2025 - APP Rob: I briefly spoke to Samaya last week and she was going to get back to me. I note that she is not the registered owner of the property. Have you confirmed her authority?

26/09/2025 - Annie: I have already been contacted by her at 4/77 short street and appraisal has already been arranged. 

26/09/2025  -  Samya: Apologies for my delayed reply. I had already made contact with The Agency and was put in touch with Ralph Seymore and his partner last week, who were very good. Yes please, you could go ahead and pass on my number to Rob and Annie, or anyone else you recommend.

Would not provide her relationship toi property other than her sisters. When asked if tenanted - said "sort of" - very vague, was trying to be cunning.
