2/10/2025 - APP Rob: I briefly spoke to Samaya last week and she was going to get back to me. I note that she is not the registered owner of the property. Have you confirmed her authority?

26/09/2025 - Annie: I have already been contacted by her at 4/77 short street and appraisal has already been arranged.
