Jacob: I have been through for the appraisal however the property wasnt complete from the builder.
The seller may look for another appraisal once complete in a couple of months. May loook to sell early in 2026, still undeceided

22/9 Jacob: spoke to Brendan he will come back to me regarding Appraisal time. He said handover should be ready in 6-8 weeks. May sell unlandscaped & unpainted
