13/10/25- AS2 SENT TO AGENTS FOR UPDATE
I contacted the lady and she advised me she had two other agents coming out to see her, and one was from our agency so there was no need for me to come.

25/9/25 Apologies, I've been working in Ballarat (2hrs away) for the last 2 days and am now catching up with life admin.
