17/11/2025 - Jake : told me he does not want to sell

2/10/2025 - APP John & Matt - Jake was asked to allow breathing space

John: Caught up with Amrit at his property. Seeing as they paid double stamp duty buying as non-permanant residents, the current market value will mean they want be able to recover their purchase costs. They are intending to move to Melbourne but at this time, keeping it as an investment might be the best option for the time being.

Matt: I have left him a couple of messages but not had a return call as yet.
