28/10/25 CLIENT SAID she was going to sell using Jesse but decided to keep longer and sell mid next year.
28/10 Email sent to Jesse if listed Yes we did list it but then she decided to keep it for another 12 months.
I’m monitoring this as I think after she signed an authority with me she may have sold it through her managing agent.30/9/25 Jesse: Have been given the verbal go ahead.
