16/10/2025 - Katrina: I had a lot of real-estate's contact me. Unfortunately the market will not cover the mortgage we still have so can't sell atm. When we can cover our costs I will contact you again.

7/10/2025 - Katrina: Yes they have unfortunately the price they think they could get is $1000,000 short on what we owe. So for now will have to keep it.
