Owners are ready to sell now but at the same time there is no urgency and we can easily keep the property for another 6-12 months if we have to.
In Singapore it is quite expensive to receive overseas calls on our mobiles and we thus prefer to use e.g. WhatsApp, Messenger, Zoom, Teams or similar to communicate.

10/10/25 I have spoken with both agents and they were both impressive, and I believe either would be able to sell our property for a good price. We are planning to go with Ben as he really stood out but it has not yet been finalised. I will likely speak with him tomorrow and then I need to organise the contract through our trustees so I think things should fall into place by next week sometime.
