2/12/2025 - Paul: Walter advised that my appraisal was too low for what their expectations are and they will be listing with another agent at a higher price. The price that they are expecting is not achievable in the current market for their property

28/11/2025 - Paul: Unfortunately the vendors advised that they were listing with another agent. My appraisal I presented was a lot lower than what their expectations are in the market, and I know from my experience that the sale listing/sale price they are expecting is not achievable. Lovely people, and happy to help them, but I am not interested in ‘buying’ a listing, as other agents will. If they were more realistic with price expectations, I would be happy to assist. I will update the site. Thanks again for the referral.

28/10/20256 - Paul: Arranged with Walter to call on Wednesday 29/10/25 to arrange time to appraise his property. Sounds very promising as he contacted me last week to make sure I had the note in the diary to contact him on the 29th

Walter: They have been in touch. Will contact them again as we get closer. Mark Price will do an appraisal at end of October.

 7/10/2025 - Ben: Waiting on retirement village to be built. Will get appraisal done closer to then.
