Actually ignore last email as I did speak to Sarah over the phone and she has just sent me an email.

Thanks for checking in. So far I have had Rebecca and Mark reach out and I’ll need to follow up.


REBECCA - FEB 26 - I tried calling him again the other day and it rang out. I’ve tried a few times in the last 2 months. He is a teacher so his original plan was to move out before school started back. I’ll keep trying him.


Rebecca -JAN 26 - Hello, I tried to call him yesterday and left a message. Have not heard back yet


 OCT 25 - Did appraisal at the home with OSamu. He seems keen. Will be ready most likely in January so I'll be reaching out again closer to then.


Went and met Osamu today.

He’s still a few months away from being ready but the meeting went really well.

Expecting he’ll be ready to go in Jan or Feb.
