HI Natalie, Neil and Nathan attended on my behalf as I was away. It's going to be a massive job, the sisters husband who is now in assisted care is a hoarder and the house is full of stuff, there are uncompleted jobs, wires hanging from ceilings with no light attachments, there were termites which have been treated but there is damage but due to the amount of stuff in the house the extent of the damage is unknown and won't be until cleared, there are cars and a caravan out back. The husband's sister is trying to get access to his super as they financially otherwise can't afford to clean it up. Neil and Nathan said it will take many many big skips to clean the place out. The caravan out back will be difficult to remove as they have since put a water tank down the side of the house that will need emptying and moving to get the caravan out. Bit of a shit show unfortunately. Not going to happen anytime soon, will keep you posted.

 I've organized Neil to meet her 2pm Friday the 17th

AARON - OCT 25 - Meeting went well, unfortunately this will take quite a while to turn around because of the condition of the house.

The property will need extensive work and clean up prior to listing.

I will continue to keep in contact with Jasmine and her sister Jackie.
