Rachel is the executor for this deceased estate. It has been through probate and they are ready to sell. Have spoke with Peard, wanting to compare approach and marketing info with another agency. The house itself is 4 bed 2 bath in very poor condition, both indoor and out. There is a pool that has been drained, fencing is not compliant. One of the boundary fences is in bad repair. Inside the electrical work needs updating, there are a lot of outlets that do not work. The plumbing is leaking and the kitchen is quite mouldy, so quite the "fixer upper"
