All 3 contacted me promptly and we met with them last week.

After much research and discussion over the weekend with my brother ( with whom I own the property) we have decided to put the sale in the hands of Josie and Joe from Hockingstuart.

We felt all 3 were very good, but we had more of a rapport with Josie and Jo.

Josie OCT 25 - Competition was tight but she gave us the green light. I am meeting with her this evening to sign her up. 

 -I had the pleasure of meeting Karen yesterday and have provided her with a sales proposal.

We got a long really well and she advised she would be making a decision by the weekend.
