2/11 (nr) ERIC - We have spoken to Bob Li today to get quotation of fixing his house. Still aiming next year launch
24/10/25- Eric Had a good chat with Bob yesterday. Went well. Potentially selling in Jan or Feb next year
20/10/25- Eric spoke to Bob and booked in person appraisal on Thursday 3.30pm.
